Returns or Exchanges

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer 100% hassle free returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Your dedicated account executive strives to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible office products for your needs. However, we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t meet your needs. That is why we make returns easy. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of the items, simply return any unopened item to us within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date and we'll give you a full refund (less round trip shipping).  We pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error. For all other returns, customers are responsible for roundtrip shipping.

Please follow these steps to ensure the return or exchange is properly completed:

  1. Call your account executive to request a return authorization
  2. A return authorization number and instructions on where to ship your items will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
  3. Follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to do so could invalidate your return.
  4. Return numbers must be written clearly on the outside of all returned packages (not on manufacturer packaging). All packages returned without return numbers will be refused and returned to sender and the sender will be liable for all freight.
  5. Returns must be 100% intact, in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode clearly visible. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and/or accessories must also be included. Unfortunately, if merchandise returned to our warehouse is in a non-restockable condition, we will be unable to issue a credit.
  6. Once we receive the returned items, please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Leaving out any of the steps outlined above could result in processing delays and/or restocking fees.

Note: A return authorization number is required for all returned and exchange items. The return authorization number is only valid for 14 days after it has been issued.

Shipping Fees:  Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Bulk & wholesale office supplies shipped factory direct will have a 15% restocking fee applied.

Which discount office supplies are not returnable?

  • Clearance items
  • Food items.
  • Medicine and first aid supplies.
  • Special order or custom made products.
  • Unboxed items -- We only sell new items and we cannot resell items that are not properly packaged
  • Dated products – these are any items that contain annual date information such as calendars, appointment books and organizers, business journals and diaries, desk and desk pad calendars, wall calendars and planners  

Damaged/Shorts: Any damage must be reported to us within 5 business days, please be sure to report the damage immediately with the shipping carrier when the package is delivered so that we can process your claim. If your item is defective, it needs to be reported within 10 business days, and you must have the original box. If you received less items than you were supposed to or the wrong item, it must be reported within 5 business days after delivery or carrier noted delivery. 

Technology Products: Opened laser, inkjet printers and / or fax machines may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items if opened. Open hardware or software is non-returnable. We are unable to provide any technical support for products we sell. We will gladly offer manufacturer contact information if technical support is necessary. Simply call your account executive Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST and manufacturer contact information will be provided.
