How can I get free delivery? Easy. Just place an order of $50.00 or more for office supplies and your delivery will be FREE! (some restrictions apply)* Orders are not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
Flat rate shipping: All orders under $50.00 receive flat-rate shipping of $7.95. (some restrictions apply)
*Additional shipping charges for orders that are oversize or require common carrier will be added to your final receipt. We will not charge your card for the additional shipping charge until you have approved the additional charge. If you do not approve the additional charge, your order will not be processed.
Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 3:30 local time Monday through Friday are normally shipped the same day via ups ground. Typically you will receive your order in 1-2 business days.
Furniture and Oversized Items Requiring Common Carrier: Please call your account executive to determine freight charges and delivery rates.
Is it possible to receive my delivery the same day I place my order? Yes, but special delivery charges will apply. If you are located in one of our same day delivery areas and you place your order by 11AM on any business-day, you can arrange to have it delivered by 5PM that Same Business-Day. To get Same Business-Day Delivery and to determine the special delivery charge, simply call your account executive. Please note not all items qualify for Same Business-Day Delivery. Items that may be excluded include furniture, special order products, and other items that are shipped from a 3rd party supplier.
Can I pick up office supplies at the warehouse? We work with a national warehouse network of over 35 warehouses across the United States. These locations are built for fast delivery of over 40,000 products. We are happy to provide the ability to have our customers pick up office supplies, furniture supplies, janitorial supplies, and computer supplies at our locations. Please call account executive, and let them know that you need to have a "will-call" order placed and which location you would like pick up from.
What about items that require assembly? We are pleased to offer you assembly service upon request for an additional fee. This can be arranged with your account executive. This service is usually performed within 2-3 business days after the merchandise is delivered.
